NOMINATION/SEX ABUSE/SUPREME COURT/TRUMP AS PRESIDENT/WOMEN: “President Donald Trump on Wednesday [9-26-18] said ‘false charges’ made against him in the past have influenced how he views the allegations now facing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh…Kavanaugh has been accused by Christine Blasey Ford of sexually assaulting her when they were both in high school, charges she is set to testify about on Capitol Hill Thursday [9-27-18], and Deborah Ramirez has also accused him of misconduct when they were freshmen at Yale. On Wednesday, a third woman, Julie Swetnick, said Kavanaugh had attended parties in high school where girls were sexually assaulted. Kavanaugh has denied all of the allegations. During the 2016 election, Trump faced accusations from more than a dozen women of various instances of sexual assault or harassment. Trump has denied all of those allegations. Trump said Wednesday that because he is a ‘very famous person,’ he has ‘had a lot of false charges made against me, really false.'”
