FBI/JUSTICE DEPARTMENT/RUSSIA/TRUMP AS PRESIDENT: “President Donald Trump said he has decided not to interfere with the Justice Department, which is conducting an investigation of his associates’ alleged ties to Russia, but suggested there was a point at which he might. ‘I’m very disappointed in my Justice Department. I have decided I won’t be involved,’ Mr. Trump said in an interview with Fox News’s ‘Fox & Friends.’ He added: ‘I may change my mind at some point.’ Mr. Trump has publicly criticized top officials in the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation over the Russia probe, and earlier this month privately mulled taking steps to remove them. In the Fox News interview, Mr. Trump also lashed out at what he called corruption in the FBI.”
