DONALD ON DONALD/MEDIA: “New York Times Apologizes to Donald Trump
A recent story in the New York Times incorrectly stated that Donald J. Trump ‘lost control’ of a development he built on the West Side of Manhattan. The Times never even called me and the story was totally wrong. However, they have just issued a major correction stating the following:

An earlier version of this article described incorrectly the transfer of the site from Donald J. Trump to Extell and the Carlyle Group. Mr. Trump and his partners sold the property to Extell and the Carlyle Group for about $1.8 billion; he did not lose control of the property.’
