“Well look, that’s a good question, but an unfair question, because I have no idea what this president’s going to leave me with. If he acts responsibly, which he hasn’t done thus far, if he acts responsibly I may be in a position where we don’t have to roll back.
But if he continues to walk away, wave the white flag and just say open and then listen to some quacks telling him that what we should be doing and you can mass cause COVID-19, the whole thing is he’s got to be more responsible. So it depends on what I inherit to determine what I’ll be able to do and say and should be saying on the day I sworn in, if that in fact happens.”
