HURRICANE/TRUMP AS PRESIDENT: “President Donald Trump will visit North Carolina on Wednesday [9-19-18] following major flooding caused by Hurricane Florence, the White House said Tuesday [9-18-18]. Hurricane Florence hit North and South Carolina on Friday [9-14-18], leading to the deaths of at least 33 people. It is unclear where Trump will visit. North Carolina Gov.
