CABINET/MICHAEL FLYNN/SECURITY ADVISER: "Adding to the tension between Mr. Trump and the intelligence agencies is the presence of his national security adviser, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who was forced to step down as Defense Intelligence Agency director during the Obama administration because of disagreements with top officials, including current Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Mr. Clapper or one of his top deputies are expected to be involved in the briefing with Mr. Trump on Friday."
